Being a young adult in this crazy, always changing world calls for organization and setting personal rules of life.
If I had to describe the environment around me and how it felt about the trans community with one word, it would probably be “confused.”
I’m sure a lot of people feel me when I say 2016 was perhaps the worst year I’ve experienced in a long time. Mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, etc, this year has drained each of those accounts and demanded even more.
When we were little kids we would all look at teenagers and young adults and envy them for their age and the “freedom” that came with that age. Little did I know that once I reached that age, I would literally cry every other day about wanting to age backwards and go back to the “simpler life”.
This week brought to us over two years since one of America’s worst natural disasters occurred — The Flint Water Crisis.
