On November 1st, Tyrese decided to put up a video pouring out his heart…again. He is in the middle of a custody battle with his ex-wife. For your viewing pleasure, here is the video:

For a few years now, Tyrese has increasingly become an annoying gnat on social media. He can’t spell, he over uses ellipses, his grammar is atrocious and we aren’t even TALKING about the CONTENT of what he says. He decides to post on social media to let women know how they should carry themselves. He even had a show on BET with Rev Run with the premise of these two “experts” giving women advice on dating.

I REEEALLLLLYYYY need this to stop. I need men like this to stop thinking because they are married, or have children or are following motivational quote accounts on twitter that they know EVERYTHING about dating. Sir, you were trash a hot minute ago, go sit down somewhere
Anyway, back to the topic…
Tyrese had an axe to grind with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Tyrese was HELLA mad that there was talk of a spin-off movie for The Rock’s character of Hobbs. It was weird as hell that Tyrese was talking about a movie that had not been confirmed. The movie was confirmed a few weeks ago and will be released in July 2019. This means, that the next Fast and Furious movie will be coming out in April 2020 (it was supposed to come out the fall of 2019). Tyrese was not happy. NOT <clap> AT <clap> ALL. He kept putting up Instagram posts about how “selfish” and “disloyal” The Rock was being and how he should remember the #fastfamily. Every time he posted, I was looking at the screen like “is this ninja serious”. The Rock, for his part, did not publicly say anything regarding this. He kept speaking to Tyrese off social media and behaving like a grown ass man.
In Tyrese’s IG post above where he came for Lee Daniels for some ODD reason, he FINALLY admitted the real reason that he has a problem with The Rock’s spin-off movie. This spin-off movie would mess up Tyrese’s money. He needs the money, he is going broke dealing with his legal issues (which, by the way, HE CAUSED). His posts are ALL OVER THE PLACE. He is attacking people for no apparent reason (to us…in his mind, he has a reason). He is self-destructing. It is suddenly not funny anymore.
He flew a damn airplane with a banner over his daughter’s school. His daughter is brought to tears when she saw this. He is doing this while in the middle of a custody battle. Just ridiculous. This little girl is ten years old.
So, he has started a feud with one of most bankable movie stars, is in embroiled in a contemptuous custody battle with his ex, putting out these ridiculous posts on social media with bad spelling, grammar and hollow content. Before, he was just trash-ass Tyrese, giving ashy-ass advice to women who didn’t ask for nor need his trash-ass advice. Now, something else is going on.
For all of those who do not recognize what exactly is going on here…you are watching the beginning (or middle depending on who you talk to) of a nervous breakdown. Tyrese is spiraling and it is not pretty. He needs SERIOUS help. On October 25th, it was reported that Tyrese was hospitalized for dehydration and chest pains. This man, needs to be under 72 hour hold.
In our community, we do not value the power of therapy and mental health services. We are so scared to be labeled “crazy” that we will actually do more harm to ourselves (and in essence, harm those we love around us). We need to stop this. We need to let those who are having mental issues know that it is ok to ask for help. Tyrese may be a straight head-ass; but he still needs help. This stuff is so past being funny.
Can we all put together to get Tyrese a therapist, some prayer, a dictionary and a thesaurus?
