I See The Promised Land

In light of recent happenings, namely the killings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, I petition God’s people to come together and simply pray. Now some people may not think that prayer means or does much, but I’m here to tell you that it is a two way direct phone connection with God, maker of ALL things. You see, for those of you who aren’t quite familiar with the Bible or God, evil was not in His original plan. Now, granted God sees all and knows all, so I’m sure He saw the future coming. But when He lovingly formed Adam out of dust, He marveled at His creation in all its earthly glory. I’m sure He also stipulated that one day,  He was going to have to create a son as a redemption plan, to see who truly loved him enough to accept His son, Jesus. I’m not quite sure what all God did or thought about, but I know that He sheds a few tears when someone dies a death they didn’t have to die. Violence was not in The Plan. But thank God that Redemption and Salvation was, so we could make it (and take it- Turn up! In Heaven!!) To the next level where He resides in all His majesty, splendor, and glory. When and if we make it there, the devil and all his brutality especially can’t follow us. Let’s hope that Alton Sterling, Philando Castile, and all other brutal murders, police or not, have gotten some peace in the very end.
